This Privacy Policy describes how 60-0 (b60-0.com, the “Site”) and the SIXTYZERO mobile app (together with the Site, the “Service”) handle your information. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
• The email address you enter when registering or logging in, or the email address provided by Apple or Google when you sign in with those accounts. It is used as the identifier for your account and as the destination for emails required to operate your account, such as verification codes and password resets. We may also send occasional announcement emails about new features; you can stop these at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.
• In-game data such as play records, scores, and nicknames.
• Content you post: match predictions, prediction comments, and play comments. Like your nickname, they are visible to other users.
• Any image you upload as a profile picture. Like your nickname, it is visible to other users.
• Attributes you provide in the post-registration survey (gender, age group, prefecture of residence, favourite team, how often you attend games in arenas, and how often you watch on your phone). Every answer is optional. Your favourite team is saved as a profile setting (the same as setting it from My Page). The other answers are never made public and are used only as aggregate statistics to understand how the Service is used.
• The text of feedback and bug reports you send us. It is read by the operator and is not shown to other users.
• A record of the users you block. This is kept as your own display setting; the blocked user is not notified.
• Reports of inappropriate content, including what was reported, who was reported, who reported it, and any optional note you add. We do not disclose the reporter's identity to the reported user.
• If you enable push notifications in the app: the device token used for delivery (a Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token), the platform (iOS / Android), and the app version. You can turn notifications off per category in the app's Account and notifications screen, and the token is disabled when you log out.
• Cookies and device identifiers used to keep you logged in and prevent duplicate entries.
• Information sent automatically when you access the Service (IP address, browser type, referrer, etc.).
The Service uses cookies and device identifiers to keep you signed in and to prevent duplicate entries.
The Service does not display advertising and does not use cookies for advertising purposes.
You may continue to use the Site with cookies disabled, though some features (such as staying logged in) may be limited.
The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand usage. It collects aggregated, non-identifying data and does not use cookies.
The Service also uses Google Analytics 4 (Firebase Analytics in the app) to understand usage. It collects usage data such as screen views and interactions — via cookies on the Site and via a per-device identifier in the app — and sends it to Google LLC. We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID) and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. If you are logged in, we also send an analytics identifier that we generate for each account (an alphanumeric value that does not include your name, email address, or account ID) so that the usage of the same user can be analysed together.
In your browser, you can disable collection by Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
We use collected information for authentication, displaying rankings, carrying over play records, delivering notifications and announcements, analysing usage, and improving and operating the service.
We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We may, however, entrust the following tasks to external services:
• Analytics: Cloudflare (Cloudflare Web Analytics), Google (Google Analytics 4 / Firebase Analytics; while you are logged in, an analytics identifier is sent)
• Email delivery: Resend, Inc. (your email address is transmitted to send verification and announcement emails)
• Push notification delivery: Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging; device tokens are transmitted for delivery)
• Payment processing: Stripe, Inc. (your email address and payment details are transmitted when purchasing paid features on the Site)
• In-app purchase payments: Apple and Google (App Store / Google Play; payments are processed by each store, and we never receive your card number)
• In-app purchase management: RevenueCat, Inc. (your account ID and purchase history are transmitted)
[How to delete] You can delete your 60-0 account yourself at any time. In the SIXTYZERO app, go to My Page → Account and notifications → Delete account; choosing "Delete" on the confirmation screen completes the process immediately.
If you do not use the app, or wish to request deletion after uninstalling it, email info@nowx-llc.com from your registered address. We will verify your identity and carry out the same deletion.
[Deleted immediately] Email address, password, favourite team and profile settings, profile picture, achievements and titles, likes on prediction comments, private league memberships, reactions and votes on plays, and block settings (both those you set and those other users set against you). Push notification device records are disabled, so no further notifications are sent.
[Kept in anonymised form] Your predictions, prediction comments, play comments, finalised rankings, aggregate records, league records, and game scores remain as records. The name shown on them is replaced with "退会したユーザー" (deleted user) and the link to the deleted account is removed. The text of prediction comments and play comments is no longer shown to other users.
[Why and for how long] Predictions feed other users' accuracy rates and vote distributions; deleting them would change results that have already been published. Anonymised records are therefore retained without a set time limit in order to keep those aggregates intact. They contain no information that identifies you.
[Support enquiries] Feedback and bug reports are kept as operational records, with the message text retained and the link to the sender removed.
[Reports] Reports filed against you are deleted, since the content they concern is no longer shown. Reports you filed are retained — we still need to review what was reported — with only the link to you as the reporter removed, as with support enquiries.
When you delete your account, we ask Google to delete the data linked to the analytics identifier sent to Google Analytics.
Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Registering again with the same email address does not recover previous records.
